Two freehold properties near Orchard Road have been put up for collective sale. First, the 62-thousand square feet Westwood Apartments at Orchard Boulevard has been launched.It has the potential to be redeveloped into a 20-storey super-luxurious residential development with around 70 condomimium units of 2,500 square feet each....could fetch $488 million, or $2,800 per square foot.
